GILBRIDE, TUSA, LAST & SPELLANE provides a full range of legal services to individuals, closely-held business entities and not-for-profit organizations. The firm's primary areas of concentration are (i) personal representation, (ii) business and commercial and (iii) civil litigation.

Although each member of our professional staff practices in a particular area of law, we give our clients the benefit of the firm's specialists without the client feeling he or she is being shuffled from one anonymous department to another. Business and commercial practice concentrates on small to medium size businesses and entrepreneurial ventures
Litigation
Extensive litigation practice which includes all aspects of litigation for clients which range from New York Stock Exchange companies and foreign governments to individuals. We handle matters which vary from multimillion dollar securities and international business transactions to domestic relations and personal disputes.
