Lincoln focuses on income and estate tax planning as part of our Personal Service Group. He also handles all of the legal work for a number of early-stage technology companies where he essentially functions as outside general counsel.

Lincoln practiced in New York at Tannenbaum Dubin & Robinson, LLP from1988 until 2002, when he became Of Counsel at GTL&S. During 2004 and 2005 Lincoln was General Counsel at Cybertrust Inc., a global managed services and information security company. In that role he advised senior management and supervised all legal aspects of the company's operations and strategic planning in the US, Ireland, the UK, Belgium, Germany, France, Italy, Australia and Japan. During his tenure, Cybertrust's revenues grew from $30 million to $200 million annually. In 2006 Lincoln rejoined GTL&S and he became a Partner as of January 1, 2008.

Lincoln graduated from Colby College with a degree in English Literature in 1982 and earned his JD from Boston University School of Law in 1986. After beginning his career in private practice in New York, he attended New York University School of Law at night and earned his Master of Laws in Taxation in 1993.

Lincoln is admitted to practice in Connecticut, New York and Florida.
