Nicholas is an associate in the Firm's Greenwich, Connecticut office. His practice is focused in the areas of commercial real estate financing, investment fund formation, private placement offerings, employment law, and intellectual property. In law school he was a member of the Fordham Journal of Corporate & Financial Law, as well as a member of the trial advocacy team. He was born and raised in Greenwich.
