We may collect certain personal information, including Social Security numbers, in the course of our business. This Privacy Policy describes Gilbride, Tusa, Last & Spellane LLC’s agreement with you regarding how we will handle certain information on our website www.gtlslaw.com.  This Privacy Policy does not address information obtained from other resources such as seminars or from an attorney’s personal contact.  By accessing our Website and/or providing information to us on our Website, you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of certain information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Information Collected on Our Website:  We do not currently collect personal identifying information (the "Information") except 1) to the extent that your web browser provides Information, like your e-mail address or the site you linked from, to our web server, 2) to the extent that you provide Information to us in an e-mail message, and 3) to the extent that you provide Information to us in a CGI
form (for example, when you complete a search request on our "Library Services" page). We will use your Information only for that specific purpose for which you submitted the Information, except that we may use Information we obtain from our site in an aggregated form in order to gauge the usefulness and popularity of our several web pages, or certain links to or from our site. Please note that if we decide to change the manner in which we use or retain personal information, we may update this Privacy Policy.

Disclosure of Personal Information to Third Parties:  We restrict access to non-public personal information submitted by you on the Website to those employees who need to know the information to provide certain services to you.  WE do not sell or rent the personal information you choose to provide to us to any third party. Also, we will not disclose the personal information you provide to us to any third party without your consent, except (a) as required by law; (b) to our independent contractor(s) who host, maintain or service our Website, and (c) to service providers where the disclosure will enable that party to perform business, professional or technical support for us.   

Receiving Promotional Materials: We may send you promotional information or materials such as newsletters or notices of seminars by e-mail or postal mail to the addresses you submit to us via our Website. If you do not want to receive promotional information or material from us, please send an email with your name, mailing address and email address to cst@gtlslaw.com.  When we receive your request, we may take reasonable steps to remove your name from such lists.
