Review and draft estate planning documents; estate administration and litigation; advise clients in connection with trust and estate administration and post-mortem tax planning; advise clients in connection with lifetime gifting; medicaid planning.
TAX MATTERS
Represent clients in connection with federal and state income, business, estate and gift tax audits. Negotiate installment agreements and offers-in-compromise of tax liabilities. Prepare private letter rulings.
CORPORATE MATTERS
Review, structure and preparation of documents in connection with limited liability companies, private foundations and charitable trusts.
OTHER MATTERS
Review and prepare prenuptial agreements and separation agreements; real estate matters; legal research and advise clients in connection with IRAs, qualified and non-qualified retirement plan requirements and welfare benefit plans.
